We ship worldwide and use various shipping carriers depending on the shipping transit speed you select at checkout. P.O. Box addresses ship through the United States Postal Service. Please note, we cannot ship express methods to P.O. Boxes. Special arrangements for alternative shipping methods can be made by contacting us.

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1 day to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

95% of our orders are shipped on the next business day. Weekend orders and/or orders that have custom or temporarily out-of-stock items may be slightly delayed. 


Are packages shipped discretely? What do your shipping boxes look like and how are they labeled?

All our orders are shipped discretely for your privacy. We use plain brown boxes, UPS or USPS priority boxes. We ship all our products in discreet packaging each one wrapped in a clear bag to keep sterile and a plain brown box to keep it private at confidential.


International Shipping Methods

For international orders, we ship via United States Postal Service Air Priority Mail, DHL or UPS. International shipping starts at $14.95 and is based on the weight and value of your order. Generally international shipments take 8-12 business days (standard shipping option) or 1-2 business days (express shipping option), from the day of shipment unless Customs causes a delay for some reason.


Notes:

1) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

2) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 80 days after your order was placed.


What should I do if my items arrived damaged?


If this has happened, please follow these steps:

If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.

If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.

Next, contact SEEKDOLL immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. 


What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?


If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period you will be covered. Every product has a specific warranty period (If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us via email to seekdoll.com@gmail.com).


In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

1. The photos of original SEEKDOLL package with front and back sides

2. The photos or video of the defective item(s)


Important Shipping Information & Refund:


If the package is lost on the way to delivery, we will refund immediately. 

Please confirm your shipping address before you check out. We are not liable for product shipping once it has left our facilities. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Shipping costs are not refunded, your label cost will be deducted from your total refund.
